Dear Guruji,
You have triggered my thoughts on one of the most frequently asked questions (who am I?) by a spiritual aspirant. This article is one among the meaningful articles I have read on the profound question, ‘Who am I’? Let me take some of the inputs from this article and treat them as reference materials for my inward journey.

Dass,
Perfect love and perceptions are two different things. Love accepts a person as he is, whatever be the perceptions, be it positive or negative. I am only talking of perception. And that too perception of people. Not God. God is beyond perceptions. And people who go beyond perception are the real enlightened ones.

Hi Friend, :-)
It was one of the most honest blog I have ever read.
I accept that there is no single “character” for any of us. Of course our characters keep changing everyday but not the "Perfect Love". “People judge by outward appearance, but the GOD looks at the heart”. People can perceive us through what is visible from us. That’s the reason why a simple facial expression can create 100 perceptions and wrong conclusions but if a person loves us with Perfect Love, they will not perceive or judge only with our external appearance. Its Perfect Love vs. Perceptions but Perfect Love will win. I can strongly say this because I have tasted the Perfect Love, which is of course only from GOD, it’s unconditional, so it will always Win...:-)
